MSSPremier offers a High level of protection pad which maximises body contact area and optimises pressure reduction. It has a two way stretch PU waterproof cover with high frequency welded seams + zip and a tough ended PU coated base. The top cover is fully detachable and the mattress has a weight capacity of 247Kgs.
